1) What is Sompoton Spa Privilege Card?
This is a prepaid card programme that offers a host of unique privileges exclusively for members to enjoy luxury Spa experience, Hotel's F&B dining and premium shopping.

 

2) Who can be a member?
The membership card is offered to all Malaysian & Expatriate or Permanent Residents residing in Malaysia.

 

3) What if I lose my Sompoton Spa Privilege card?
Simply call our Customer Service personnel for lodging a report, by compiling a lost form to us and allow 14 working days for the card to be replaced and mailed to your correspondence address.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

1. All the Spa cash vouchers are redeemable for all the published rate of the Spa menu.

2. Any individual / groups who wishes to become a member must agree to be bound by the Terms &Conditions stated herein.

3. Any replacement of lost, stolen or damaged cards shall be charged RM50 and all the privileges and benefits shall be the same.

4. The aromann Spa management does not responsible for any lost or damaged of the Spa cash vouchers which were given to members.

5. Staffs of the aromann Spa are not eligible to apply for any of the Privilege card category.

6. This card and Spa cash vouchers are applicable for all aromann Spa's outlets 

7. This card is not transferable and The aromann Spa management reserves the right to verify or modify the identity of the cardholder from time to time.

8. The aromann Spa reserves the right to modify privileges at any time without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

9. Birthday privilege is valid for one-time use and valid throughout the month of Member's birthday, except on special occasions, eve of and public holidays unless it is the actual birthrate.

10. Notwithstanding anything herein,the aromann Spa reserves the right to refuse any applicant, customer or member from participating in the Programme with or without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

11. All the aromann Spa Privilege card application charges are non- refundable.

12. If any dispute arises from the treatments' charges and reductions on card's value,the management reserves the right to decide on final decision with or without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
